Recently qualified Kentish beauty therapist Samantha Harris, 41, dreams of working in a top salon - but hammering the sun-beds and cigarettes has left her with a bulldog frown, saggy eye-lids and wrinkly skin.
Meanwhile, ex-navy lad David Yule, 58, is on the hunt for romance, but a 43-year smoking habit has left him with a gaunt face and weathered skin. He may have the body and the energy of a man half his age, but Londoner David needs to recapture his youthful days.
It's up to Myleene and the team to drag this drab duo back a decade, turning saggy into sassy and grizzled into chiselled.
