Grandmother Terri Wardner from Southampton is horrified when 100 passengers aboard a cruise ship guess she is 64 years old.
Although Terri tries to keep herself looking younger, she makes some classic mistakes. Take Terri's eyebrows for instance - far from neglecting them, she just shaves them off each morning and paints on some new ones an inch above. Not a good look.
And her bleached blonde hair doesn't make her look like sex goddess Marilyn Monroe but more like Bet Lynch.
Nicky and the team teach Terri some lessons on growing old gracefully. Their message: less is more and dark roots look terrible on everyone whatever their age.
