Salena Newport from Oxfordshire dropped off the fashion radar a long time ago. At one point in her yo-yo dieting life, she wore a massive size 32 clothes.
But after the drastic step of having a gastric band fitted, Salena lost 12 stone over a year but was left with unsightly excess skin that makes her feel un-sexy and unattractive.
Salena decides to undergo further surgery to cut away the folds of skin from her tummy, arms and thighs. A boob job gives her the body she's always dreamed of, and after some heroic efforts from Nicky and the team her clothes, hair and teeth match the rest of the ensemble.
