Ruth, 34, from Sapcote in Leicestershire had been overweight as a child and reached a massive 19.5 stone after her second pregnancy. Dramatic weight loss surgery has reduced her body by a whopping nine and half stone and she's now a sexy size 10.
But the surgery has left her with folds of unsightly skin, which means she still won't consider wearing a cossie or anything that shows an inch of flesh. Her fashion sense is stuck with the fat person she used to be.
More surgery for Ruth means that the excess skin is removed, leaving her with a flat, smooth tummy. Her varicose veins are removed and a new haircut, new teeth and new clothes result in a changed and very happy Ruth.
