Separates
Separates have been hitting the catwalks hard this season. This trend makes it easy to create an outfit to flatter any shape as you can hide the parts of your body you are not happy with and accentuate the parts you love. This is a really positive trend, it’s adaptable and flexible and suitable for all ages.
Dress For Less
In your 20s
Agyness wears her jacket with a sparkly dress which is a great look for anyone in their 20s. Sequinned dresses could look a little tacky but adding the jacket takes the edge off the outfit and helps it look modern. If you’re not as daring as Agyness then substitute the over the knee socks for black tights but the must have with this outfit is a splash of colour on the nails to bring the whole outfit together.

In your 30s
For women in their 30s this crop tuxedo jacket adds a bit of sophistication. Add a bit of colour by teaming it with these bright coral trousers. Rolling them up slightly helps keep the outfit looking modern and like you’ve just stepped off the catwalk.

In your 40s
If you are in your 40s go for a jacket that comes in at the waist. It is instantly flattering and chic. Worn with jeans and brightly coloured top keeps this outfit looking contemporary and will make you stand out at any occasion.

Blokes Bathroom Basics
Come on boys, it’s just as important for you to look after your skin as it is for us women but so many of you have a routine of soap and water which is dehydrating and aging. We are so past the days where exfoliating and moisturising was just a girl-thing. A good skin care routine for a guy doesn’t have to be time consuming or complicated. Here are a blokes 3 bathroom basics to help keep aging at bay:
- Face wash should be used morning and night - forget soap – it’s drying and does nothing for the skin except strip it of everything it needs. A face wash nourishes as well as cleanses.
- An exfoliator is great for guys once or twice a week just to get rid of dead skin cells, rejuvenate the skin and get its zing back.
- A moisturizer should be used morning and night. Men are prone to all the same elements as women – the sun, pollution, air conditioning – all of which damage the skin, which in turn ages it. A moisturiser nourishes the skin and will help stop premature aging.
