Jane's Story
Droopy eyelids and deep lines have left Jane looking tired. With her husband and kids telling her that her face resembles the pet boxer dog's, is it any wonder that this 44-year-old is left feeling a little worse for wear?
Jane smoked 20 a day from the tender age of 15 and also had a love of sun-tanning. Quitting these dreadful habits has helped Jane feel good on the inside, but no amount of miracle creams can get rid of those lip lines and nicotine-stained teeth.
Jane's beauty regime screams supermarket sweep - she's in and out as fast as she can with only enough time for soap, water and a quick brush of her teeth. She dresses much older than her years, and to top the look off, her hairstyle could do with a serious refresh. So what can the team do to help?

Denise's Story
Being a little clueless when it comes to beauty and presentation, Denise has the kind of image that ages her to the extreme. Over the years, a lack of self-care has meant that a once youthful exterior has disappeared, and what's left is dominated by an uncontrollable mane of frizzy hair.
Having never been a smoker or sun worshipper, Denise doesn't understand how she's ended up in this state. She's lost her way in the style stakes too, and hides away her curvy figure in a mix of jeans, jumpers, fleeces and T-shirts, which swamp her silhouette. There is no question about it: Denise needs help.
