Willie's Perfect Chocolate Christmas
A seasonal special from eccentric chocolatier Willie Harcourt-Cooze, celebrating the perfect family Christmas from the picturesque setting of the family’s home. Having successfully set up their 'wonky' chocolate factory in Devon, Willie, Tania and their three children return for a festive foodie extravaganza.
Willie takes care of the menu for the holiday season, preparing a series of mouth-watering chocolate themed recipes, both sweet and savoury. Expect chocolate mince pies, chocolate tart, an entire lamb cooked underground and more besides. He also demonstrates some perfect party treats for entertaining friends including a quince chocolate cheese and a chocolate and clementine cheesecake. Plus Willie suggests a rather unusual stuffing for the turkey, made from chestnuts, pancetta and, of course, chocolate! And Tania transforms their home into a winter wonderland, handcrafting everything from wreaths to Christmas tree decorations and advent calendars.
There's also a chance for viewers to catch up on Willie's ambitious endeavours to produce the UK's finest chocolate and convert public taste to higher-quality confectionery.
