The Secret Millionaire Changed My Life (working title)
This year eight millionaires lived undercover in some of the most deprived areas of the country – in the process giving away over £800,000 of their own money to people and organisations that are making a difference in local communities.
In this special Christmas programme, The Secret Millionaire Changed My Life returns to update the stories of some of this year's millionaires and the people that they helped.
Hilary Devey reveals how, after helping Rochdale's Backdoor Music Project, she's been inspired to create a national charity that assists teenagers in disadvantaged areas around the country. And she goes to the World Music Awards in Monte Carlo to drum up some celebrity support for her charity.
In Birmingham Kavita Oberoi continues her work with Sisters With Voices, and also presents an assembly at her daughter's school about the benefits of charity work.
James Benamor revisits Moss Side to check up on how the Manchester Settlement and Mothers Against Violence are getting on with his support. And one of the young people from the Settlement is given work experience at James's company.
And Nick Leslau returns to Glasgow to revisit the people and projects he supported with the biggest donations ever given on the series.
