SEND YOUR EVIDENCE
The Street Weapons Commission is looking for written evidence in response to the following remit.
REMIT
In coming to its conclusions on how to tackle youth gun and knife crime, the Commission will take into account the impact any recommendations will have on:
- Victims of gun and knife crime
- Policing strategies to tackle gun and knife crime
- The responsibilities of the community and the family
- The role of the voluntary sector
- The criminal justice system
- The role of central and local government

An electronic version in MS Word or Rich Text format can also be submitted by email to streetweapons@channel4.com and should state clearly who the submission is from, together with relevant contact details.
Submissions should be as brief as possible, and certainly no more than 2,000 words. Paragraphs should be numbered for ease of reference, and it would be helpful to include a brief executive summary.
