"It was very brave and forward thinking for the charity World Vision to have supported us during this project. I hope that through the different initiatives we worked on we were able to demonstrate to other charities around the world that enterprise can and should play an important role in lifting developing countries out of poverty. I was personally really encouraged by the commitment of so many people I met out in Uganda who had to get stuck in and work their way out of poverty. These are proud and extremely capable people who aren't just sitting around waiting for hand-outs from charities."
A former advertising art director, Seb is a pioneer of Pay-Per-Click online advertising and made millions when his firm Espotting was sold in 2004 for $200 million. Now President of MIVA, one of the largest online advertising networks in the world, he was 14th on the Sunday Times 2004 Rich list for youngsters.
Married with a young child, Seb still finds it difficult to take a break from work: "I work 24/7. There is not a moment of the day that I'm not physically thinking about work.
"I am an entrepreneur because I want control of my own life. I'm not interested in answering to anyone else."
