Biography

Rags began his career making current affairs documentaries for LWT. Among his various achievements he secured the first interview with the man who started the 1981 Brixton riots.

After working at London Tonight and Meridian he moved to ITV News, where he became assistant programme editor on its 24-hour news channel and helped produce ITV1's 2005 election programme.

Rags started working for Channel 4 News in 2006. As a multi-skilled journalist he frequently films, edits and reports his own stories.

Away from broadcasting he has written for The Times and Evening Standard. He's also fluent in Spanish and French.
