Biography
He reported from the USA on the historic election of Barack Obama in November 2008, and won the RTS foreign news award the same year for narrating a feature on the 'surge' in Iraq.
He reported from the Gulf Coast when Hurricane Katrina destroyed New Orleans; visited Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to investigate the legal rights of 'enemy combatants'; and covered the political impact of the Iraq war from Washington. He also produced Channel 4 News's 2006 mid-terms coverage.
Keme joined Channel 4 News in 2001 as a Sports producer, transferred to the Home Affairs unit in 2003, moved to Washington in 2005, and returned to the UK in 2007.
His domestic interests range from criminal justice to sports. He regularly anchors More 4 News, and co-presents Channel 4 News.
