Walk of terror
Updated on 17 October 2005
The use of the Terrorism Act is under scrutiny again after a woman told Channel 4 News how she was arrested for walking on a cycle path.
Sally Cameron who lives in Dundee used the route for months before being told it was only to be used by cyclists and that she was trespassing.
She said the scene was "like something out of Starsky and Hutch" as a police van pulled up and she was quoted parts of the Terrorism Act.
The incident has been likened to that of Walter Wolfgang, the 82 year old manhandled out of the Labour party conference for heckling Jack Straw.
