Survivors of the London bombs tell an inquiry of communication failures on the day of the attacks.

"Why weren't they down there - there were people dying down there". The testimony of a survivor of the London terrorist attacks, who stumbled off a bombed Tube train, and questioned a group of firemen waiting on the platform.

This was just one account heard at a review into how the emergency services communicated on July the 7th. They chose to be identified only by their first names to protect their privacy.

Emily Reuben has been listening to survivors' often harrowing recollections of that dreadful day last July.
