OJ co-accused plea for trial delay

OJ Simpson's only remaining co-accused has made a last-ditch application to persuade a Las Vegas judge to postpone the start of their armed robbery and kidnapping trial.
A lawyer for Clarence "CJ" Stewart filed a two-page motion asking for a delay of the September 8 trial until the Nevada Supreme Court considers his request for a separate trial.
Robert Lucherini argued it would be impossible for Stewart to get a fair trial because of Simpson's celebrity.
