Will Iraq's entrepreneurs return?

Outside Iraq, Sunnis and Shias live side by side, united by the adversity they've suffered together in their homeland.

In Jordan, Iraqi refugees have established themselves as better-off entrepreneurs, just the sort of people Iraq needs now but will that valuable human resource makes its way home or stay put?

The International Migration Organisation, the global authority on movements of people, says 5.1 million Iraqis have fled their homes, 2.7 million have been internally displaced and more than 2 million are now finding refuge in Syria and Jordan.

Many hundreds of thousands have gone elsewhere, including thousands to the United Kingdom.
