British track the Taliban

The British Royal Marines in Afghanistan are constantly on the look out for the Taliban, fearing suicide attacks and bombings.

They have a hard job convincing the local population that they're there to help them, rather than colonise their country.

A Marine said of one Taliban fighter who had recently made contact with them: ''We'll come and find him soon. He should turn himself in while he still has an opportunity.''
