You've been plucked from a refugee camp, you've been DNA tested, much of your life has been picked apart and then you have three days to get ready for a new life in a town you have never heard of in a country you have never seen.
For 9 refugee families - this evening - it's welcome to Britain. They're being resettled in Hull and Rochdale as part of the UK Government's promise to the UN to give new lives to 500 refugees a year.
The trouble is the Home Office has fallen way behind that pledge. For the first time, TV cameras have been allowed to follow the entire process as the Home Office seeks to accelerate its resettlement programme to fulfil what it describes as its moral duty.
Our Home Affairs Correspondent Simon Israel travelled to the Kala Camp in Northern Zambia - just on the border with the Democratic republic of Congo - for this exclusive report.
