As more people get their TV for free online how are conventional media companies facing up to the threat?

If you watch this channel, you can't have escaped that it's the much heralded return of the US series Lost tonight.

Up to six million people are expected to tune in. But tens of thousands of people are already well in to series two - thanks to the ease of downloading episodes from the internet - just after they've aired in the States.

It's a phenomenon which is pointing the way for broadcasters, as they grapple with a fast changing media landscape.
