As Britain moves to begin offering rapists and paedophiles voluntary chemical castration, More4 News looks at how they do things in the Czech Republic.
By reducing testosterone levels, castration can dramatically reduce the chances of reoffending.
But the man in charge of that pilot project has been looking with interest at the Czech Republic, where up to a hundred offenders have been physically castrated.
