Cellar abuse man 'broken'

The man at the centre of the Austrian abuse case is "emotionally broken", according to his lawyer.
Rudolf Mayer said that Josef Fritzl, who imprisoned and abused his daughter for 24 years, fathering seven children by her, could have a "psychic dosorder".
His comments came as the girl at the centre of another Austrian abuse scandal, Natascha Kampusch, expressed her sympathy for the victims.
