'DC sniper' set for execution in US

Virginia's governor has denied an appeal for clemency by "DC sniper" John Allen Muhammad.
The decision cleared the way for him to be executed for the attacks which terrorised the US capital region for three weeks in 2002.
Muhammad is set to die by injection at Greensville Correctional Centre in Jarratt.
