The Tories used to say they would free british business from the mountain of costly environmental regulation and taxes that this government has placed on them.

Not any more it seems - David Cameron is in Norway pushing his green agenda with hints about how he would tax business to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

He's promising to lead a new green revolution:

Mr Cameron still wants to scrap the climate change levy on British businesses.

But in a speech later today - he'll be calling for a new tarrif, focussing on carbon emissions instead.

The Tory leader's in Norway to witness first hand the effects of global warming.

Critics say the trip's just a publicity stunt - so do his proposals have any substance?
