Brown will push climate change deal

Gordon Brown has pledged to personally attend a crunch UN climate change summit to prevent an "unforgivable" failure to secure a new global deal.
Amid mounting fears of failure at December's Copenhagen gathering, the Prime Minister said he would join the negotiations and urge other world leaders to follow suit.
His intervention was warmly welcomed by environmental groups who said it would help inject a much-needed sense of urgency to the process.
