David Cameron launches the final leg of his party's local election campaign telling voters to vote blue who want to be green.

Is he "Dave the Chameleon" changing his policies according to the political weather or a genuine environmentalist Tory?

The Conservative leader David Cameron today urged voters in England's local elections to "vote Blue to go green".

Labour have responded with an election broadcast attacking Mr Cameron for switching policies to appeal to different voters.

So can David Cameron really come up with policies that are good for the economy and the environment?
