Philippines government condemned for extrajudicial killings

The Philippines government was condemned this week, not for the first time, for the country's growing number of extrajudicial killings.

Evidence of unsolved murders and disappearances in the country points to Gloria Arroyo's administration. But the government says they're fighting a Communist rebellion that threatens the country's stability.
