Bin Laden video ahead of 9/11

A new Osama bin Laden video appears days ahead of the sixth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks in the US.
The footage shows the al-Qaida leader dressed in a white robe, with a turban and cloak, but without his trademark Kalashnikov rifle.
He does not make any overt threats against the US, but interest has been generated by the appearance of his beard, which is shorter and darker than in his last video.
