It seems some people just can't wait for Apple to release their new iPhone.

Details of the much hyped product were announced by the company's CEO Steve Jobs last week. It isn't due to go on sale for some months, but Apple devotees can download its user interface onto competing devices that are available now.

The issue's angered Apple so much its reportedly sent its lawyers after a number of those involved - including bloggers and journalists who've simply reported the story.

We were joined by Will Sturgeon who's managing editor of the technology news service Silicon.com to discuss the issue.
