Afghan mission a 'sobering reminder'

US President Barack Obama makes a secret visit to Delaware air force base in honour of American soldiers killed in Afghanistan.
The president's visit was kept secret in advance, and comes as he decides whether to send more than 40,000 troop reinforcements to Afghanistan.
After his visit he said what he had seen was a "sobering reminder of the extraordinary sacrifice" of soldiers serving abroad.
