At least 20 people were feared killed in an apparent bomb attack near a political rally held by Pakistani opposition leader Benazir Bhutto.

Ms Bhutto was not hurt in the blast in Rawalpindi but witnesses at the scene saw body parts scattered around the back gate of the Liaqat Bagh park where she had spoken.

One counted about 20 bodies, including police, and could see many other wounded people.
