Westminster 'taking bikers for a ride'

Bikers are out on the streets to protest at one council's decision to charge motorbikes for parking.
If you park in a council parking bay, you have to pay, right? Well, not if you park a motorbike.
But one council has now decided that is unfair, or a missed opportunity for earning revenue, depending on your point of view.
As a result, outraged bikers have been taking to the roads in leather-clad protest.
