It might not feel like it but we're not officially in a heatwave until tomorrow.  But are most of us taking notice of official advice on how to cope with the hot weather? David Fuller reports

There are concerns for people affected by high temperatures, like children, the elderly and those with chronic medical conditions.

Most people however are simply enjoying the sun - so is this insouciance making the offical advice just look plain silly?
