Tattoo helped police track criminal

A car criminal who gave police everything they needed to know to track him down from a tattoo on his neck has been jailed.
Aaron Evans, 21, was captured on camera breaking into a police "honeypot" car in Bristol and identified by a tattoo of his surname and date of birth on the side of his neck.
Evans, of no fixed address, was sentenced to seven months in prison after admitting theft from a motor vehicle at Bristol Magistrates' Court.
