Has the government been completely open about what it knows about so called CIA rendition flights?
Until now ministers have insisted there's no evidence to support claims that flights which landed in Britain were used to transport terror suspects. They say they don't have the details of who was on board.
But More4 has discovered that all planes of this type must fill in something called a General Aviation Report. The form requires them to provide full passenger details. John Sparks has been investigating.
