Airlines have reported a surge in bookings to Los Angeles on the eve of the memorial service for Michael Jackson.
California is braced for an invasion of British fans seeking to share in the farewell to the star.
More than 1.6 million fans registered for Tuesday's event and heard on Sunday night whether they were among the lucky few to win a ticket.
