Paul McCartney and Yoko Ono launch 'Meat-free Monday' to combat climate change. Stephanie West has more.
We have all been urged to fly less and drive less to slow down climate change, but today Paul McCartney joined Yoko Ono to urge people to go vegetarian once a week to help save the planet.
The "Meat-free Monday" campaign is based on a United Nations report which shows that meat production accounts for a fifth of all greenhouse gas emissions, a figure far higher than the transport industry.
