Multiple breaches of hygiene revealed at the Bernard Matthews plant hit by the Suffolk bird flu outbreak.
From raw poultry meat left out in the open to holes in the sheds: an official report into the Bernard Matthews plant at the heart of the bird flu outbreak has revealed a catalogue of hygiene failings.
DEFRA said turkey meat from Hungary was the most 'plausible' source - but admitted they might never know exactly what happened.
It's also emerged that Bernard Matthews staff had been verbally warned about 'deficiencies' a number of times.
The company is still insisting it's done nothing illegal. But officials won't rule out the possibility of legal action.
