Dame Kelly to open Eurostar station

Eurostar's new station, Ebbsfleet International, is due to be officially opened by double Olympic Gold medallist Dame Kelly Holmes.

The station, located in north Kent, is on the UK's first high-speed line - High Speed 1 - which runs under the English Channel to France.

High speed passenger rail services from Ebbsfleet International station to the Continent began in November after the opening of St Pancras International in London.
