Childminding swap row prompts review
Updated on 28 September 2009
The government is to review childminding rules after two police officers were told they were breaking the law by looking after each others' children.

Detective constables Leanne Shepherd and Lucy Jarrett were told they had to end their arrangement, which inspectors told them was an 'illegal childminding business'.
According to the rules, parents who regularly care for friends' children must sign up to an official register.
But ministers said they did not want the system to penalise hard working families.
