The Bernard Matthews plant in Suffolk at the centre of the bird flu outbreak has been allowed to begin operations again.
However the exact source of the outbreak still unclear. The European Commission said it had found no evidence of a link with the virus found in Hungary a month ago.
Here, the Environment secretary David Miliband said Britain was still working with the Hungarians to pinpoint exactly what happened.
Food Standards officials said there was some chance the bird flu virus may have entered the food chain - but insisted the risk to public health remained low.
