Seventeen athletes test positive for drugs before Olympics begin

The International Olympic Committee promised zero tolerance on doping and here's the evidence.

The International Olympic Committee plans to carry out an unprecedented 4,500 tests in Beijing and nations around the world to avoid any embarassment.

Two Romanian runners dropped from their team said they were retiring and an American swimmer who failed a dope test last month is also withdrawing.
