Redknapp: I love Big Les - video

Are specialist coaches like Les Ferdinand the secret of Harry's Redknapp's success at Spurs?
Spurs manager Harry Redknapp heralded the use of specialist coaches as his winning start to life at White Hart Lane continued last night.
The Tottenham manager has brought in Tim Sherwood and Les Ferdinand as part time coaches, as well as assistants Kevin Bond and Joe Jordan.
Speaking after his side's 4-2 over Liverpool in the Carling Cup, he said: "I would rather have too many good people at the club than not enough.
"In American football they have specialist coaches to work with people - so why not have specialist striking coaches?
"I respect Les, I love him and players look up to him when he walks into the dressing room. He was a fantastic player here.
"They [Ferdinand and Sherwood] are only in a couple of days a week, and it is not the money that they are here for.
"I think they can see it's an opportunity to come and get some grounding in coaching."
Over six games in charge of Spurs, Redknapp has five wins, one draw and 18 goals. He joked: "I should get out now because I have taken them as far as I can!
"It has been a terrific start and we have got to enjoy it - we will have our ups and downs this season.
"Saturday [at Fulham] is a massive game for us; we need league points.
"I think we will need about 40 points this year to stay up and I think there are about 14 clubs scrapping to do that. It is tight."
