James and Campbell fit for Portsmouth
Updated on 16 May 2008
David James and Sol Campbell are both expected to play for Portsmouth in the FA Cup Final against Cardiff City.
James has missed the last three Premier League games with a calf injury and Campbell was left out of the last fixture against Fulham with a hamstring problem.
But they have both recovered and are likely to play at Wembley.
Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp said: "These lads we have now are a great bunch, a pleasure to work with, but they need to win this trophy on Saturday and make themselves heroes in history.
"Whatever happens it has been a great season despite losing four matches in a row in the Premier League right at the end. That was disappointing but it won't matter a bit if we win the cup."
Cardiff striker Robbie Fowler has recovered from a hip problem and could make his first appearance in the FA Cup Final since he came on as a substitute for Liverpool in the 2001 final against Arsenal.
Fans of the Welsh club, including former Labour leader Neil Kinnock, are hoping Cardiff can pull off one of the biggest upsets in the history of the competition.
