Fifth round draw of FA Cup pits the Premier League's top two against each other.
Two of the top division's big four have been paired together in the last 16 of the FA Cup.
Arsenal will visit Old Trafford to play Manchester United in a game that will almost certainly be in front of a live TV audience.
Both teams are on 54 points at the top of the Premier League with United's superior goal difference the only thing separating them.
Elsewhere, Chelsea and Liverpool were both given home advantage against lower league opposition - against Huddersfield and Barnsley respectively.
Meanwhile, Coventry and West Brom meet in a West Midlands derby and Wolves visit Cardiff and their ex-manager Dave Jones.
Bristol Rovers, the lowest placed team still in the competition are at home to Southampton.
Preston, 4-1 winners at Premier League Derby County in the last round, entertain Portsmouth while Sheffield United, who put out Manchester City, face another top tier team in Middlesbrough.
The Blade's boss Bryan Robson returns to the club he used to manage.
