Updated on 04 July 2008
The Formula 1 racing driver talks to Rags Martel about electric cars and Barack Obama.
Ahead of Sunday's Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton has told More4 News that if motor racing went electric, he "won't be there any longer".
"Motor racing is all about the sound, all about the noise, all about the smell of the fuel - all about the whole atmosphere," he says. "If you have electric cars you won't have an atmosphere."
Turning his attention to America, Hamilton told More4 News that Barack Obama "is someone who can help change the world, so I am really supportive of him".
Adding: "He is a true inspiration to many many people."
