England have named an unchanged team for the first Test against South Africa at Lord's.

With Andrew Flintoff still recovering from a side strain, England have stuck with the team that has played the last five Tests.

It will be the first time any Test has been unchanged for six Tests in a row.

Flintoff joined up with the players for a surprise net session at Lord's.

The all-rounder was in London for a Twenty20 Cup match on Tuesday and he stayed over to practise with the rest of the England team.

Wet weather forced them to net indoors and Flintoff got the chance to show the selectors how fit he is after a few weeks back in the Lancashire team.
