Chinese journalists at Olympics told not to report taboo subjects

Chinese reporters covering the Olympic games have been given 21 rules to prevent critical coverage.

The reporters were too scared to email it to Channel 4 News so we had to film it from one of their laptops.

They were told not to cover any taboo subjects that could harm the Olympics or harm the image of the ruling party.

China won the games on promises of a free press but most of them now appear to have been completely broken.

But when Channel 4 News asked the Beijing organisers for a comment, they shut down their press conference.
