China arrests 'foreign agitators' after Xinjiang grenade attack

Chinese authorities announce the arrest of 18 people after yesterday's Xinjiang attack which killed 16.
China detained what it called 18 "foreign agitators" after a grenade attack in the city of Kashgar.
But following the arrest and reported beating of two Japanese journalists near the scene, the Japanese has said it plans to strongly protest about their treatment.
On his way to the Olympics opening ceremony in Beijing, George Bush has told journalists on Air Force One that its "difficult to tell" if human rights have really improved in China.
