Church of England debates women bishops; no closer to agreement

The Church of England's warring factions seem no closer to agreement over women bishops.
The General Synod, which is the Church's governing body, has already backed the concept, but more than a thousand clergy have threatened to leave the church because of it.
The crucial vote is on Monday but can a split be avoided?
