More4 News Looks into why Russia's billionaire tycoons and super-rich are living it large over here.

Prudence might be his watchword, but while Gordon Brown's been Chancellor of the Exchequer - London's become a haven for the super-wealthy around the world.

One reason - a huge tax loophole which Mr Brown promised to deal with five years ago - but still remains. Non-domicile tax status means foreign billionaires can live here without paying anything on their overseas earnings.

Now Russia's mega-rich,who made vast sums after the fall of the Soviet Union, are flocking to these shores.

Someone who knows them well is former Yeltsin advisor Alexander Nekrasov. This is his personal take on the modern-day Russian invasion.
